FdL Servizi offers a vast range of specialised assistance and consultancy services to public institutions and private operators, also related to organizing national and international exhibition events. The company is one of the implementing bodies of the Italian Law n. 84 of 2001, carrying out promotional activity and realizing company assistance linked to the stabilisation, reconstruction and development of countries located in the Balkan area.
FdL Servizi works together with the International Fair Fiera del Levante of Bari for the creation of integrated exhibition approaches in different geographic contests in order to share programmes and services available to economic operators.
The company is furthermore an integrated part of the Internationalization Committee of the Apulian university system.

Regional Government of Apulia
Apulia is one of the most important regions in the south of Italy in terms of economy, tourism and commercial relations, especially concerning the countries of south eastern Europe. With a surface of 20.000 square kilometres and more than 4 million inhabitants, the Region represents in fact the most dynamic economic environment in the so-called Mezzogiorno.
The agricultural industry represents one of its main economic sectors: the territory offers various types of cultivations such as cereals, olives, wines, citrus and other fruits, vegetables and so on. These production sectors are a driving force for the development of the territory’s economy and the Region thus actively supports agricultural entrepreneurship, the production of typical traditional products, agri-tourism, dietary educations and education, research and innovation with regard to the environment and the Apulian countryside.
The Regional Agricultural Development Model, aims at bringing together competitiveness and economic and environmental sustainability through, for example, diversification of production. The Regional Program for Rural Development 2007-2013 shows a clear reference to the “reconversion to variety and a diversification of regional agricultural cultivation and production”. Regarding local entrepreneurship the territory shows a growing focus on adapting to eco-compatibility by using environmental and economic benefits such as for example the use of energy produced by biomass installations.
Thanks to its transversal character, the Apulian model aims at widening the possibilities for its local rural economies in the framework of growing national and international markets and with a protagonist role also at communitarian level.

Confcooperative Puglia
Confcooperative Puglia is a territorial branch of the Confederation of Italian Cooperatives, the largest legally recognised national organisation for representing, assisting, protecting and auditing member cooperatives established on the Italian territory. Confcooperative Puglia coordinates and manages relationships between unions and federations of various sectors present on the Apulian territory.
Confcooperative Puglia was founded in 1971 for the promotion of cooperation as an entrepreneurial model of democratic participation, with a mutual character and without speculative purposes, able to answer to economic and occupational development needs present on the regional territory. Additionally, the organization operates not only within its own structures but also through those of its member cooperatives and through the territorial unions’ service centers.
Confcooperative Puglia is structured in five provincial unions and in six sector federations which have the aim to better coordinate the different cooperatives operating in the various economic divisions. In line with Confcooperative Puglia’s general guidelines, the federations determine the activity guidelines for the different sectors, thus orientating the economic and managerial activity of 1,264 member cooperatives.
Finally, Confcooperative Puglia has been specifically delegated by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development to follow the revision of their member cooperatives’ accounts, in order to assure the adherence to the cooperative model as described by the law and in order to guarantee a healthy and correct economic management with an adequate participation by all partners.
The statutes of Confcooperative Puglia define its goals and organizational structure, regarding in the first place the representation, assistance, protection and revision of its member cooperatives.

Consortio LEADER
LEADER Soc. Coop. Consortile is a service company supported by Confcooperative Puglia who is among its associated partners. The company has been founded as a cooperative consortium based on the principles of reciprocity and without private speculative ends.
The company’s core business is the support and supply of instruments for the creation, development and consolidation of enterprises, especially cooperatives. LEADER is associated with Fondosviluppo, a mutual fund of Confcooperative connected to the former Italian Law 59/92 which has the institutional task to promote, support and develop cooperation with special attention to southern Italian organizations and cooperatives composed of young people.
LEADER operates in various areas, from start-up assistance to facilitated financing opportunities, from consultancy services for project management to education, training and capacity building. Since its foundation, the company has operated on the Apulian territory, thus distributing to the growth and development of the latter. The experiences gathered, together with the specialized professional profiles involved, have furthermore allowed for a multi-year experience in internationalization. In this framework, LEADER has accompanied several enterprises, supporting them with specific actions such as targeting of new markets, the realization of pre-feasibility studies, market researches and follow-up activities. The actions have involved different markets throughout the world.
Finally, LEADER has gathered particular knowledge in the Romanian market which the company is studying since 2003 when the it has been called to lead the Project “Cooperation for the development of the agricultural system in the Balkans: Pilot Project Judet: Ialomita, Calarasi, Costanta, Tulcea – ROMANIA”, realized in partnership with the Regional Government and the principal employment organizations on the territory. LEADER has additionally been committed to other studies and researches on the Romanian territory which have furthered its experience and an advanced know-how on the topic.

Coldiretti Puglia
The Regional Federation Coldiretti di Puglia, short Coldiretti Puglia, is a union organization representing people and enterprises that operate in the agricultural sector and in activities connected to agricultural food products.
Coldiretti Puglia is a non-profit organization with Headquarters in Bari. Its primary goals and activities are:

  • to safeguard and to facilitate individual development and development of professional profiles;
  • to support the development of enterprises and of agricultural activities in all its forms and expressions, with special attention to the facilitation of entrepreneurship, to the control of production costs, to enhanced competitiveness and to technological innovation;
  • to support the multifunctional role of agricultural activities through the identification of policies favoring a multifunctional development;
  • to promote, in order to favor the aggregation of enterprises, the constitution and the development of cooperatives, consortia, individual companies, corporations, and other entities for the supply of  services to enterprises and individuals;
  • to promote, on a regional level, national policies for long-term, eco-sustainable territorial and environmental development, for valorization of the regional agricultural products’ authenticity, and for the security and quality of the Italian food product;
  • to favor a quality growth of agricultural enterprises, territories and their citizens, all united in a single indissoluble link;
  • realize continuous educational initiatives and programs, as well as cultural programs, in order to enhance knowledge, perception and public education on topics such as security of food products and environmental security, also in partnership with associations, entities, schools and universities with the same goals.

Consortio Tecfor
The Consortium Tecfor was founded in 1990 with the objective to develop capacity building and consultancy activities. Its members represent the sector of carbonless copy paper, the glass, textile, mechanics and electronics sectors, the agricultural industry, insurance institutions, the field of company education and consultancy services and the service sector in general. Furthermore, it is associated with several local public bodies. Tecfor accounts for a total consolidated number of 8.000 employees.
Tecfor operates with its consolidated innovative know-how in order to supply personalised services to structures of all dimensions within industrial and service companies, public administrations and international institutions.
The Consortium offers the following main services:

  • consultancy for company management, organization and planning
  • consultancy services for research, testing and the development of new education models as well as for the development of small and medium sized companies, institution building and local rural development.

Since February 2002, Tecfor is certified UNI EN ISO 9000:94 and in 2003 the Consortium has further obtained the certificate UNI EN ISO 9000:2000.

CCIA Costanza
The Costanta Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Shipping and Agriculture is a self-managed, private, non-governmental and non-profit organization that was founded in 1880 and re-established in July 1990. It has a staff of 45 people and was created for public utility with the mission to represent the interests of its members and of the local business community by facilitating and supporting commercial and industrial development. Its principal aim is to maintain its position as a leader business community in Constanta County in order to improve its members’ performances.
Membership to the Costanta Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Shipping and Agriculture is not compulsory and the Chamber presently counts 723 members benefiting from certain discounts and facilities relative to its provided services. Through its direct contact with national and international organizations it contributes to the local and regional economic development and in the past, the Chamber has already signed many cooperation agreements with foreign institutions.
The Costanta Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Shipping and Agriculture offers the following services to its business community:

  • Organization of business meetings, seminars, conferences, trade missions
  • Organization of exhibitions at local and national level
  • Access to a wide range of business information sources, both domestic and abroad
  • Business consultancy in the following fields: legislation, financial, import-export, foreign investments
  • Impartial and binding arbitration by Maritime and Commercial Arbitrage Court hosted by the Chamber
  • Organization of business and vocational training courses
  • Assistance in accessing European and other international programs and funds, preparation of development projects

CCIA Tulcea
The Chamber was initially founded in Dobrudja in 1880, bearing the name of "Chamber of Comerciu the Circus. XV" and comprising the districts of Constanta and Tulcea. Its purpose was to defend the interests of traders and industrialists of the Danube and Black Sea in order to stimulate economic activity in these sectors. Today, the Tulcea Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture operates in accordance with the Romanian Decree Law no. 139/1990 as an autonomous NGO and its activity is oriented towards promoting the economic interests of its members and to support them according to the requirements of the current competitive market economy.
CCIA Tulcea pursues the following priority objectives: internal and international representation of members' interests through effective lobbying and through direct involvement in creating a modern business environment, provision of a range of high quality services with high added value due to the professionalism of employees, and improvement of the supply of services in order to increase competitiveness of its members. The Chamber offers a wide range of services covering all aspects of doing business in a constantly changing legal and socio-economic context: consulting, training, business information, promotion, networking, etc. Service specialization accompanied by professional competence of employees is a guarantee for the Chambers professional environment.
CCIA Tulcea is furthermore a promoter of local economic development by fostering private-public partnerships. Membership in other support organizations recognized nationally and abroad, as well as its international contacts have created a network of quality of partners for launching and carrying out projects of local, regional and international interest.

CCIA Ialomita
The Ialomita Chamber of Commerce and Industry was founded on October 8th 1925 and was re-established on September 18th 1990 as Ialomita Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture thanks to the Romanian Decree Law no. 139/1990.
The Ialomita Chamber of Commerce Industry and Agriculture is an non-governmental, apolitical organization with autonomous character and without patrimonial purpose. It defends and supports the interests of its members and of the business community in relation with public authorities and national and international organisms. CCIA Ialomita establishes services for all the economical agents in the district. According to its number of members and its activity objectives, the Chamber is organized in five different sections : Commerce, Industry, Agriculture, Constructions, and Services.
The Chamber is mainly pursuing the following activities:

  • Support to the interests of its members in relations with Romanian authorities and international bodies;
  • Organization of expositional manifestations like : FEMINA STAR, EXPO URZICENI, THE AGRICULTURE AND CONSTRUCTIONS SHOW; THE AUTO SHOW SLOBOZIA; THE INTERNATIONAL DAY OF RICE “AGROIAL PARTNER”;
  • Carrying on activities of information and commercial documenting, supporting the setting up of the new commercial companies and their development;
  • Delivery of origin certificates of merchandise;
  • At request and on the basis of the required documentation, issuing of notices regarding events which can be considered primordial cases;
  • Support to, organization and realization of educational activities, especially professional capacity building for members, and other interested individuals, of the Foundation “The Romanian Business School”;
  • Stock exchange: organization of transaction with : cereals, merchandise, sanitary materials, construction materials calculus technique, construction works, etc;
  • Setting up of standards needed for delivering the activity – ASRO Territorial Informing Center;
  • Cooperational management of “The Commercial Arbitrary Commission Ialomita”
  • Information, consulting and teaching for the programs addressed to IMM by OTIMMC through CIAI Ialomita

All services of Ialomita Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture Ialomita are mainly addressed to its members.

CCIA Calarasi
The Calarasi Chamber of Commerce and Industry was first constituted in September 1925 and operated until February 1949, when it was abusively dissolved by the communist regime. Immediately after the publication of the Romanian Decree Law no. 139 of 11 May 1990 for re-establishment, Calarasi Chamber of Commerce and Industry was set up as regional Chamber of Commerce at the Prefecture’s head office on 28 June 1990. With the Romanian Government Decree no. 979 of 23 July 1990 the re-establishment was recognized and the Chamber obtained juridical statute.
Keeping in mind the considerable number of the country’s economic operators who work in agriculture, the Calarasi Chamber of Commerce and Industry adopted a new Statute in 1994, extending its activity field and name to Calarasi Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture.
Today, CCIA Calarasi has the following main duties:

  • Representation and support of the interests of economic agents with domestic authorities and other institutions and bodies;
  • Cooperation with similar institutions from abroad and their representations in Romania;
  • Ensuring juridical consultancy for: incorporation of traders - natural persons, family associations and traders legal entities, changes of the juridical form of the commercial companies; elaboration, negotiation and effectuation of external and internal contracts; other problems regarding the establishment, work and dissolution of the commercial companies;
  • Expert assistance in matters of commercial law and arbitration of business disputes;
  • Drawing up of origin certificates for the export Romanian goods;
  • Issuing certificates of force majeure;
  • Support to the identification and promotion of economic, financial and investment projects of the economic operators;
  • Organization of business missions abroad, symposiums, seminars and similar events.

In its new eighteen year history, CCIA Calarasi organized numerous symposiums, seminars, business meetings, fairs and exhibitions, economic missions in the country and abroad attended by representatives of the economic community of Calarasi. The yearly organization of “The Top of the Companies in Calarasi County” enjoys a big success: an event during which the companies which obtained the best economic and financial results are awarded a prize. Since 1991, CCIA Calarasi publishes the “Mesager” in which it puts various business offers at the disposal of its over 250 members.
